I help clients explore the impact of trauma and family history, honoring each part of their story while building resilience and freedom in the present. My trauma-informed approach integrates Parts Work, ACT, and Narrative Therapy to bring healing to even the deepest wounds.
ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, & ADHD
Anxiety, depression, and ADHD affect daily life in ways that can feel overwhelming. Through therapy, I help clients understand themselves better, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with hope. Together, we’ll work to calm the racing thoughts, lift the heaviness, and create structure that works for you.
RELATIONSHIPS & FAMILY DYNAMICS
Relationships are central to our well-being, but they can also be where our pain shows up most. I work with couples, parents, and families to strengthen communication, repair connection, and build healthier patterns. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and always rooted in empathy and respect.
CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES
Many of us carry unresolved experiences from childhood that still shape how we see ourselves and the world. I provide a safe environment for children, teens, and adults to process those experiences with compassion. Inner child work, grounding strategies, and client-centered exploration help bring healing where it’s needed most.

03. FIRST SESSION.
From the comfort of your own space, we’ll meet virtually to go over your intake form and discuss your goals.
04. TREATMENT PLAN.
We’ll create a treatment plan together that’s tailored to your needs. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, and sessions taper as progress is made.
